We are back and ready for 2. semester in Auckland

After two nice months in Norway, we arrived Auckland on Saturday. We could actually move straight in to our new apartment, so we were very lucky. The apartment is on the ground floor in the same building we lived in last semester, so we have short way to school, recreation center and city centre. The apartment we got this semester is slightly bigger than our previous one - and a huge plateu comes with it - perfect for BBQs! We actually have sun almost the whole day and our landlords have decorated it lots of plants and a nice dining table, making it easy to spend a few hours there.

Our adress is:
GB/32 Eden Crescent
Auckland Central
Auckland
New Zealand

- feel free to send gifts and greetings! :)

Our kitchen is not the biggest - but it works perfectly fine!

After eating dinner with Jorgen and Magnus on Saturday we went to the domain where Auckland symphony orchestra was holding a concert. It was a really nice summer night and a lot of people gathered to listen to music, eat food and drink wine and the evening finished with a fantastic fireworks. So the first night in Auckland was really great.

Marks daughter is a really cool girl. She is 7 yrs old and full of energy - she kept jumping up on Christians shoulders during the concert

On Monday started school again and the first couple of days have been used to figure out which courses we want to take. I have now decided to take two finance courses and two statistic courses and Christian is probably taking two operations research courses and two finance courses.

To sum things up: it is good to be back and the summer weather is perfect. Tonight we are going to have a girls evening with cheese, wine and crackers, so i am looking forward to that!
